Michael Skierka

Profile

Michael joined Lex Group Inc. after completing his legal studies at the Université de Montréal, where he obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.), a Juris Doctor (J.D.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.). His master’s research focused on class actions, with particular attention to the role of courts in class action settlements. His areas of interest include civil and commercial litigation, class actions and business law.

As part of his legal education, Michael also pursued studies at the Universidad de Costa Rica and Aix-Marseille Université, where he studied environmental law and advanced business law.

Prior to joining Lex Group, Michael gained several years of experience in the field of real estate, including proceedings before the Tribunal administratif du logement and Municipal Court.

Committed to his community, Michael was actively involved in student associations and various non-profit organizations.
